  1. So pleased to hear this morning that the poppies
    will be staying until the end of the month....And,
    so they should!
    And...Next Tuesday of course is actually Remembrance
    Day 11/11th...in the UK and Canada...And, Veterans Day
    in the US of A...!

    Mio Rosso, Bianco e Verdi is also flying at half mast to~day!

  3. L is extremely hot on wearing his Poppy. He's always been fascinated by the Wars, ever since he was tiny wee. Friends have been to see the Poppies at the Tower and say they are amazing- a beautiful sight. M's grandpa fought in the trenches in WW1 and lost all his comrades, mine was torpedoed in WW2 and while he survived by clinging to some floating debris, friends of his died. Fred must have seen some sights in those two conflicts. xx
