Richer, Thinner & Younger


When folk ask me how I am, I sometimes say, "well, I could be richer, thinner and younger, but I'm still on the planet, so there's hope yet". Coming out of lengthy lockdown, I'm planning to set and achieve some goals but also to live in the moment more too. In the past I have tended not to focus on the here and now, so in effect I'm planning not to be planning.

    Love everything you've said....but especially the part about "planning not to be planning." I was just thinking today how life was so much more fun when there was a healthy measure of spontaneity involved. ~Robin~

    As I've got older I've become more cautious, and inevitably life has more routine. I love to do lots of different things, the less routine the better for me. Mindfullness will help me to adapt my attitudes and increase the pleasure in life. xx
