This totally romantic painting (pastel) by Rosalba Carriera c1725, "Cleopatra Holding a Pearl". Totally swoon worthy, no? It's enough to make a gal's heart melt.

    Happy Valentine's Day Jean! You found some great captures of love and friendship. While the last painting is, indeed, swoon-worthy, the photo of Joy brings the most joy to me. Elephants are such incredible animals.
